Qualifications

• Strong expertise in IT financial planning, cost optimization, and TBM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT business operations strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
• Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for financial and operational management.
• Define and track KPIs for IT operational and financial performance; develop dashboards and reports.
• Lead and mentor IT business operations teams, fostering efficiency and accountability.
