Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT business operations, financial management or governance.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with strategic impact.
• Strong expertise in IT financial planning, cost optimization and TBM.
• Experience in vendor management, procurement and contracts.
• Excellent analytical, planning and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT business operations and governance strategies aligned to enterprise goals.
• Lead performance metrics, dashboards and data-driven IT analytics.
• Mentor IT business operations teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement and IT service delivery optimization using ITIL.
