Job summary

System One is seeking an IT Director to lead IT services across multiple locations. The role focuses on security-minded administration of enterprise email, cloud infrastructure, and network capabilities for wired and wireless environments.

The Director will manage end-user computing, help desk, procurement, and ensure policy compliance while providing IT training and documentation. A degree and IT systems administration experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT or related field.
• Experience in IT systems administration and leadership required.
• Proven ability to manage security and cloud infrastructure, including VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations across multiple locations and field offices.
• Manage enterprise email security and user support functions.
• Administer cloud components, network services, and security enclaves.
• Lead IT staff, document processes, and ensure policy compliance.
