Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States seeks a Director of Sales: Natural Amazon & Pupreplay to drive Hu Kitchen (Hu) & Enjoy Life Foods (ELF) selling in the Natural Channel, Amazon, and Pureplay across retailers and distributors. You will guide cross-functional teams to deploy the customer strategy and grow category share.

You will manage a two-person Account Management team, oversee UNFI/KEHE relations, Amazon ecosystems, and develop Joint Business Plans with key partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience managing Whole Foods & Sprouts.
• Experience with Amazon, Amazon Fresh, DTC or other Pureplay/online accounts.
• Experience with natural channel retailers (UNFI, KEHE) preferred.
• Leadership experience overseeing account managers or direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of UNFI & KEHE distributor business as main contact.
• Directly manage Amazon and related platforms through distribution channels and tactics.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute customer business strategy and JBP.
• Oversee channel P&L, topline growth, trade management, and assortment opportunities.
• Develop and grow talent with 2 direct reports and cross-functional teammates.
