Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Natural & Pureplay to lead Hu Kitchen and Enjoy Life Foods selling efforts in the Natural Channel and Pureplay. You will craft strategies with brokers, develop JBP partnerships, and drive top-line growth while coordinating cross-functional teams to execute customer business plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience managing natural channel accounts (KeHE, NGVC, INFRA) is a plus.
• Experience with Thrive Market is encouraged.
• Familiarity with distributor relationships and cost-to-serve dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Natural Grocers Vitamin Cottage, INFRA, NCG as primary contact.
• Lead Joint Business Planning with brokers.
• Grow market share and hit distribution goals across natural channels and Pureplay.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute customer business strategies.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and promotional activities for accounts.
• Utilize syndicated data to tell compelling customer stories.
