Mondeléz International is seeking a Regional Sales Manager: Natural & Pureplay to drive Hu Kitchen and Enjoy Life Foods selling efforts in the Natural Channel and Pureplay segments across the United States. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, build JBP with brokers, and implement strategies to grow market share.

The role requires direct management of key natural accounts, P&L oversight, and data-driven storytelling to guide customer strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years as a retailer HQ-specific sales lead in the food/beverage industry.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience managing natural channel accounts (KeHE, NGVC, INFRA) preferred.
• Experience managing a natural broker network and conducting business reviews.
• Excel and PowerPoint skills; able to manage large data sets and extract insights.
• Knowledge of syndicated data tools (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI).
• Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and trade/P&L management.
• Ability to tell a story with data and insights.

Aufgaben

• Direct management of Natural Grocers, KeHE, NGVC, INFRA and other natural channel accounts.
• Develop Joint Business Plans with broker partners.
• Drive market share growth in natural channels and with Pureplay customers.
• Manage Channel & Customer P&L; focus on topline growth, trade, mix, and route to market.
• Analyze opportunities in display, merchandising, pricing, and assortment; implement retailer promos.
• Support cross-functional planning in category management, supply chain, shopper marketing & finance.
• Lead quarterly Broker Business Reviews and prioritize actions.
