Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Regional Sales Manager: Natural & Pureplay to lead Hu Kitchen and ELF selling efforts in the Natural Channel and with Pureplay accounts in the US. You will implement business strategy, grow share, manage customer relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute JBP and retailer plans.

The role emphasizes P&L management, display and pricing opportunities, and collaboration with brokers and distributors to drive distribution and incremental volume.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a retailer HQ-specific sales lead in the food/beverage industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with natural channel accounts (KeHe/NGVC/INFRA) is a plus.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and ability to analyze large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Natural channel accounts and brokers.
• Drive top-line growth, trade and P&L management with retailers.
• Lead cross-functional planning with marketing, supply chain and finance.
• Develop Joint Business Plans and optimize shelf, pricing and promotions.
