Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a senior sales leader to drive Natural Amazon & Pureplay initiatives in the US. You will lead a two-person Account Management team, shape P&L, and partner with Marketing to optimize RTM and retailer programs. Strong data storytelling and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

You will own relationships with UNFI/KeHE and key natural accounts, cultivate JBP with Whole Foods, and guide field teams to elevate distribution, pricing, and assortment across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a retailer HQ-specific sales lead in the food/beverage industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Direct experience with Whole Foods & Sprouts.
• Experience managing online accounts (Amazon, Amazon Fresh, DTC).
• Familiarity with natural channel distributors and cost-to-serve dynamics.
• Leadership experience managing account managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage two Account Managers to drive topline growth and share gains.
• Oversee channel P&L, trade management, mix, and RTM strategies.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with retailers.
• Forecast deliverables and align cross-functional plans.
• Drive distributor, broker, and field sales performance.
• Utilize data to tell compelling customer stories and optimize promotions.
