Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Director of Marketing Technology and Transformation to lead Marketing Operations' tech roadmap for Zelle, Paze, Certos, and shared functions. You will drive automation, AI enablement, and streamlined processes across Marketing, Technology, Data, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.

This hands‑on leader will partner with senior directors to deliver platforms, standards, and self‑service capabilities that improve speed and quality while managing risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 12+ years of experience in marketing technology, transformation, or related fields.
• Experience developing multi-year strategies, roadmaps, investment cases, and executive recommendations.
• Ability to develop business cases, evaluate tech investments, manage vendors, and communicate to senior leaders.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience modernizing marketing technology or operations in regulated environments.
• Experience with generative AI, automation, or intelligent workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Marketing's multi-year MarTech roadmap across brands and functions.
• Set priorities for technology improvements based on business value and risk.
• Develop business cases and funding recommendations for major technology investments.
• Lead processes to improve speed, capacity, quality, cost, or risk in Marketing.
• Prototype and deliver automations, AI-enabled workflows, and integrations.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Technology, and AI teams to meet governance requirements.
