Job summary

Early Warning seeks a Director of Marketing Technology and Transformation to guide marketing tech strategy and transformation across Zelle, Paze, and Certos. You will own the technology roadmap, drive automation, and lead AI-enabled initiatives with cross‑functional partners to improve speed, quality, and capacity.

The role requires senior leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering enterprise-wide marketing technology programs in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong marketing technology background.
• 12+ years in marketing tech, automation, or related transformation disciplines.
• Proven ability to develop multi-year strategies and executive investment cases.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and vendor management.
• Ability to translate tech topics into clear business implications for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a multi-year MarTech roadmap across brands.
• Lead process improvements to increase speed, capacity, and quality.
• Identify AI-enabled workflows and responsible deployment approaches.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Technology, and enterprise AI teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of solutions.
