Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Director of Marketing Technology and Transformation to lead the Marketing Operations team. You will own the technology roadmap for Zelle, Paze, Certos, and marketing functions, guiding automation, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-functional initiatives across Legal, Risk, and Technology.

You will partner with senior leaders to design scalable platforms, drive process improvements, and advance the company's AI-native ambition while ensuring security,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Typically has 12 or more years of experience in marketing technology, marketing automation, product management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience developing multi-year strategies, roadmaps, investment cases, and executive recommendations for complex technology portfolios.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, evaluate technology investments, manage vendors, and communicate recommendations to senior leaders.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and transformation initiatives; strong alignment across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Marketing's multi-year MarTech roadmap across Zelle, Paze, Certos, and shared Marketing functions.
• Set priorities for technology improvements based on business need, value, cost, risk, and ease of use.
• Lead efforts to improve Marketing processes with automation, AI, and reusable components.
• Define transformation success measures and track adoption, capacity creation, and cost savings.
• Identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflows and ensure governance and security requirements.
