Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Director for Social Media Governance & Intelligence to lead enterprise governance, platforms, and listening capabilities for Zelle®, Paze, and Certos. This role owns standards, controls, systems, and intelligence to support enterprise social media operations across brands.

You will partner with Marketing, Public Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security to translate social signals into actionable insights, build dashboards, manage vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12+ years in social media, digital communications, or social operations.
• 5+ years leading enterprise social media governance, listening, or related capabilities.
• Experience managing enterprise social platforms across multiple brands.
• Experience developing governance frameworks within a matrixed organization.
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or technology.
• Proven ability to translate social signals into actionable insights for multiple stakeholders.
• Strong vendor/agency management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Own development, maintenance, and improvement of enterprise social governance standards and playbooks.
• Manage enterprise inventory of official social media accounts and ownership.
• Oversee access-control program for social platforms, including reviews and offboarding.
• Lead governance of social listening platforms and budget oversight.
• Design and optimize enterprise social listening programs, dashboards, and alerts.
• Produce intelligence briefs for multiple business units and leadership.
• Establish and maintain issue detection, triage, and post-event reviews.
• Lead monitoring during major events or reputational incidents with timely updates.
• Collaborate with Social Operations to embed governance in publishing workflows.
• Monitor platform policy changes and evolving technologies to update standards.
• Develop governance training and onboarding materials for staff and partners.
• Conduct governance reviews, certifications, and readiness assessments.
• Report governance and intelligence performance metrics.
• Manage agency/vendor relationships in governance, platform, listening, and intelligence.
