Project Managers, manage safety, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction while collaborating across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Service. This role requires PMP, 12+ years of PM experience, and travel up to 35% per year; you will report to the VP of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• PMP certification required with strong project leadership experience.
• 12+ years leading large-scale logistics or automation projects, with 5+ years in senior roles.
• Strong financial, contractual, and risk-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for a portfolio of large, complex Logistics Systems projects.
• Establish and enforce project management standards and governance.
• Lead and mentor Sr. Project Managers to promote growth and accountability.
• Manage executive relationships and ensure alignment on objectives and performance.
• Oversee budget, schedule, risk, and change management across projects.
