Lockton is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead construction project solutions for mid-market to large clients. This new role partners with the Practice Leader to guide the team and act as a first-chair Account Executive, building long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients, producers, and associates.

You will drive account strategy, oversee multi-level risk management, translate risk profiles into program designs, manage onboarding, reporting, and ensure profitability while

Qualifications

• 8-10 years’ experience in client services for property and casualty.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related program or equivalent education and/or experience in the insurance industry
• Current Property and Casualty insurance license or the ability to obtain immediately
• Advanced knowledge of P&C coverage and risk financing strategies
• Excellent relationships with insurance markets and strong negotiation skills

Responsabilités

• Strategic advisor for client satisfaction, client relationship and client retention.
• Strong experience with project based, complex risk solutions with General Contractors, Developers, Owner Operators.
• Drives strategy planning with client and evaluates exposure changes and client goals.
• Leads complex negotiations with carrier markets and oversees renewal processes.
• Monitors account expenses, billing accuracy and account profitability.
