Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Typically more than 7 years of Client Services experience.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of brokerage industry.
• Understands industry trends and governmental regulations.
• Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings; travel as needed.
• Legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and enhances Lockton’s client relationships through proactive, ongoing contact.
• Provides strategic planning and consulting on proposals, vendor responses, and client reports with recommendations.
• Advises clients on investment options, fees, strategies and goals; reviews large claims and utilization results.
• Supports revenue goals for existing and new business; coordinates market selections for new/renewal accounts.
• Mentors junior staff and shares knowledge; coordinates day-to-day client servicing activities.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; supports cross-functional collaboration.
