Lockton is seeking an Account Executive in Denver to manage a portfolio of real estate clients. You will serve as the primary contact for day-to-day service, steer renewal strategies, and collaborate with Producers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, risk management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of commercial insurance brokerage experience.
• Minimum 5 years servicing and marketing commercial Property & Casualty accounts.
• Experience managing complex middle‑market or large commercial accounts.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; industry designations preferred.

• Analyze coverage options and prepare tailored recommendations.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage with carriers; maintain broker/carrier relationships.
• Review policies and renewals; oversee issuance and documentation; coordinate internal resources.
• Present renewal strategies, market updates, and stewardship reports; oversee team activities.
