Lockton seeks a motivated Account Manager to join our Project Risk Construction team. You will partner with clients, carriers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, support policy administration, coordinate renewals and marketing efforts, and tailor insurance solutions for construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be organized, client-focused, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Travel may be required to client sites and carrier meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in client services within brokerage or commercial insurance.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage heavy workloads and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Serves designated book of business relating to marketing, claims and administration.
• Responds to client inquiries and documents communications and resolutions.
• Gathers exposure information and loss-run data for clients.
• Requests and collects quotes from carriers and audits quotes and endorsements.
• Issues and processes client invoicing and supports renewals and marketing efforts.
