Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Fremont, CA to lead a team of recruiters and drive day-to-day recruiting operations for growth across technology and manufacturing segments.

You will standardize processes, adopt recruiting tech, and improve candidate experience while ensuring legal compliance and SLA adherence. Strong leadership, analytics, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• 2+ years in high growth and/or company expansions.
• 5+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, supply chain, or high-volume recruiting environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client relationships experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition Recruiters and coordinators.
• Drive standardization and optimization of recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Lead adoption of recruiting technologies and automation tools.
• Improve recruiting workflows, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze recruiting metrics including Time to Fill, Time to Submit, Offer Acceptance Rate, Candidate Satisfaction, Source Effectiveness, Recruiter Productivity.
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting.
• Recommend process improvements based on data and trends.
• Promote employer brand initiatives and talent marketing strategies.
