Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via job boards and social networks, screening resumes, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining candidate relationships throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience recruiting in Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Strong written and verbal communication; strong negotiation and selling skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel data handling; Workday experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates using job boards, networking, social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees and integrate into the team.
• Build relationships with candidates during the selection process.
