Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in banking, operations, PM, or transformation.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with executives to prioritize transformation opportunities.
• Establish enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Manage transformation project portfolio and resource planning.
• Oversee capacity planning across departments for project demand.
• Define business requirements, dependencies, and implementation timelines.
• Assemble project teams, develop plans, assign responsibilities, monitor progress.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and resource utilization; escalate as needed.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to keep projects aligned.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and digitization.
• Develop project management standards, reporting, and governance.
• Create executive dashboards on project status and outcomes.
• Support change management with communication and training.
