Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive banking, operations, project management, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives and coordinate strategic projets across business lines.
• Manage enterprise project portfolio, prioritize initiatives, and govern delivery with executive sponsorship.
• Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation to balance project demand with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain project management standards, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
• Create executive dashboards communicating project status, capacity, risks, and outcomes.
