Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. seeks an accomplished Lead Digital Transformation Officer to drive enterprise-level digital initiatives.

You will partner with business lines, technology, and operations to identify and prioritize strategic projects that improve efficiency and customer and employee experiences. You will manage the enterprise project portfolio, govern intake and prioritization, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and with measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication with executives and across business units.
• Experience in banking or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation efforts and coordinate strategic initiatives to improve processes and experiences.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation opportunities.
• Establish and maintain enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Manage transformation project portfolio and resources to meet strategic objectives.
• Oversee capacity planning and balance project demand with available resources.
• Assemble project teams, develop plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to executives; drive change management.
