The role oversees the enterprise project portfolio, capacity planning, and governance, ensuring projects align with strategy while delivering measurable value. A strong banking background and PMP/CSM are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Requires bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, PM, operations or related field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in banking, operations, project management or business transformation.
• Project management certifications (PMP/CSM) or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
