WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a Lead Digital Transformation Officer to steer the bank's strategic technology and process initiatives.

You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and executives to identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact projects that improve efficiency and customer and employee experiences. You will manage the enterprise project portfolio, establish governance, and drive execution with measurable business value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 7+ years in banking or transformation roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• PM certification preferred (PMP/CSM) and Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and change-management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across business lines, technology, and operations.
• Coordinate strategic projects, prioritize portfolio, and drive execution with governance.
• Develop enterprise intake, capacity planning, and executive-level dashboards.
• Partner with executives to evaluate opportunities and align with strategic goals.
• Manage resource capacity, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Support change management, training, and adoption of new processes.
