Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive banking, operations, PM, or transformation experience.
• PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives coordinating across business and tech units.
• Prioritize and govern the enterprise project portfolio.
• Manage capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Define business requirements and timelines with stakeholders.
• Establish project plans and track milestones, risks, and issues.
• Develop governance frameworks and executive dashboards.
• Support change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.
