WesBanco, Inc. seeks a Lead Digital Transformation Officer to drive enterprise-wide transformation programs, aligning with executive leadership and business units to deliver measurable business value.

The role manages the transformation portfolio, oversees governance, capacity planning, and change management, and collaborates with technology, risk, compliance, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders and business units.
• Experience managing project portfolios and resource capacity planning.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple units to improve processes, customer and employee experiences, and operational effectiveness.
• Partners with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation opportunities aligned with goals.
• Establishes and maintains an enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance process.
• Manages transformation portfolio ensuring alignment with objectives and resources.
• Oversees capacity planning across departments and tracks progress, risks, and issues.
• Drives change management, training, and stakeholder engagement related to transformation initiatives.
