Job summary

You will oversee governance, capacity planning, and cross-functional teams, develop standards, dashboards, and change management programs, and stay ahead of industry trends to sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads digital transformation initiatives and aligns them with bank goals.
• Partners with executive leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Establishes enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance.
• Manages transformation portfolio and resources.
• Oversees capacity planning across departments.
• Defines business requirements and timelines with business units.
• Assembles project teams and monitors progress.
• Tracks milestones, risks, issues, and resource use.
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and digitization.
• Develops project management standards and governance.
• Creates executive dashboards on status and outcomes.
• Supports change management including communication and training.
• Collaborates with risk, compliance, and vendors to deliver projects.
• Monitors industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Ensures regulatory and policy compliance.
