WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a Lead Digital Transformation Officer to guide the bank's strategic initiatives and coordinate enterprise projects.

You will partner with executive leadership, technology, and operations to identify, prioritize, and deliver initiatives that improve efficiency, customer and employee experiences, and growth. You will manage project intake, governance, and resource capacity across departments, ensuring executable plans, timelines, and measurable business value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Experience with project portfolio management and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Leads enterprise transformation by coordinating strategic initiatives across business units.
• Partners with executive leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation opportunities.
• Establishes and maintains an enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance process.
• Manages transformation project portfolio and aligns with strategic objectives and resources.
• Oversees capacity planning to balance project demand with resources.
• Develops project plans, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress.
• Creates executive-level reporting and dashboards on project status and outcomes.
• Supports change management, including communication and training.
