EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Consulting Analyst to drive business and technology transformation in client-facing environments. You will own project deliverables, guide solution planning, and mentor junior team members while engaging with stakeholders at management levels.

You will use analytics to synthesize data and craft clear narratives, tailoring communications to internal and external audiences and leading by example in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in a consulting or analyst role with a reputable company.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in at least one or two domain areas with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Clear and consistent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery concepts.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data synthesis and reporting.
• Ability to create professional-quality decks using PowerPoint or Google Docs.
• Familiarity with BPMN or UML for business process modeling.
• Ability to compile and run simple SQL queries to present findings.
