You will partner with Practices across software delivery, product development, design, and business consulting to address complex business challenges, while driving growth and ensuring value realization for clients. Qualifications

• 15+ years in an established consulting firm environment or blended with industry.
• Recent experience leading digital and transformative programs, communications strategies, and cross-discipline problem-solving.
• More than ten (10) years of providing solutions and program management in support of technology-driven transformations.
• Proven ability to operate independently at client locations and to enter accounts at early stages and grow them.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce and content systems.
• Executive-level communication skills are required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Lead strategic engagements, delivering billable client work planning, selecting, and optimizing solutions for our clients.
• Lead business development and demand generation activities.
• Demonstrate superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Lead, model, and support the evolution of differentiated transformation and program management methods, tools, and approaches.
• As a Principal Consultant, help define EPAM's go-to market value proposition for solutions.
• Support sales and pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals, and building client relationships.
