Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Digitization or related field.
• 8+ years experience in IT Business Partner, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Product roles.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders.
• Experience in business case development and portfolio prioritization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments (ERP, data, integration, cloud, AI).

Responsibilities

• Strategize alignment with business goals, OKRs, and annual planning processes.
• Translate functional strategy into multi-year technology roadmaps and priorities.
• Identify digital, data, AI, and automation opportunities to improve performance and cost position.
• Lead ROI modeling and define measurable success metrics prior to funding.
• Maintain executive partnerships and provide portfolio transparency and value reporting.
