Albemarle is hiring for a Digital Business Partner - Strategic Marketing and Commercial. This hybrid role in Charlotte, NC sits at the intersection of business and IT, translating strategy into prioritized technology outcomes and co‑owning value realization across the portfolio.

You’ll drive digital, data, AI, and automation capabilities enterprise‑wide. You will partner with functional leadership to shape demand, develop technology roadmaps, and ensure investments deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digitization or related field
• 8+ years experience in IT Business Partner, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Product roles
• Experience working with executive stakeholders
• Experience in business case development and portfolio prioritization
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments (ERP, data, integration, cloud, AI)

Responsibilities

• Strategy alignment with OKR and planning processes (AOP / LRP)
• Translate strategy into multi-year technology roadmaps
• Identify digital, data, AI, and automation opportunities that improve performance
• Serve as strategic advisor to functional leadership on technology trends and opportunities
• Co‑create and co‑own annual and multi‑year technology roadmaps with business leaders
• Enable and support technology capabilities across the commercial value stream
