Job summary
Albemarle seeks a Digital Business Partner to bridge Finance, Legal & Compliance with IT, driving strategy-to-delivery alignment in a hybrid Charlotte, NC environment. You will lead ROI modeling, roadmap creation, and value realization across functions, partnering with executive leadership to shape demand, prioritize investments, and ensure measurable outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digitization or related field.
- 8+ years experience in IT Business Partner, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Product roles.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Experience in business case development and portfolio prioritization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments (ERP, data, integration, cloud, AI).
Responsibilities
- Translate functional strategy into multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Shape demand and prioritize investments based on value and risk.
- Lead ROI modeling and measurable success metrics.
- Maintain strong executive relationships between business and IT.
- Co-create annual and multi-year technology roadmaps with business leaders.
- Drive adoption of digital capabilities and data platforms.
