Albemarle Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Digital Business Partner for Human Resources to serve as the strategic interface between HR and IT. This hybrid role partners with senior leaders to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and value realization across HR, Global Communications, and External Affairs.

The DBP will lead ROI modeling, define success metrics, and ensure measurable outcomes while collaborating with Architecture, Product, and Delivery teams to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Digitization or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT Business Partner, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Product roles.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders.
• Experience in business case development and portfolio prioritization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments (ERP, data, integration, cloud, AI).

Responsibilities

• Strategy alignment: participate in planning and translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Demand shaping & prioritization: frame problems and prioritize investments.
• Value articulation & realization: lead ROI modeling and track outcomes.
• Executive partnership: maintain relationships with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Roadmap creation & co‑ownership: co-create multi‑year roadmaps with business leaders.
• HR domain responsibility: enable tech capabilities across HR, communications, and external affairs.
