Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Digitization or related field.
- 8+ years experience in IT Business Partner, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Product roles.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Experience in business case development and portfolio prioritization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments (ERP, data, integration, cloud, AI).
Responsibilities
- Participate in strategy, OKR, and annual planning processes; translate strategy into multi-year tech roadmaps.
- Shape demand through framing and value qualification; facilitate prioritization.
- Lead ROI modeling and track value realization post-deployment.
- Maintain strong executive relationships and act as liaison between business and IT leadership.
- Co-create and co-own multi-year technology roadmaps with business leaders.
