The DBP partners with leadership to shape demand, co-own roadmaps, and ensure measurable outcomes through ROI modeling and value realization across the commercial value stream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in IT business partner, digital transformation, consulting, or product roles.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and business case development.
• Strong understanding of ERP, data, integration, cloud and AI.

Responsibilities

• Strategy alignment: translate strategy into multi-year tech roadmaps.
• Demand shaping: prioritize investments using value, risk and capacity.
• Value realization: lead ROI modeling and metrics.
• Executive partnership: maintain relationships with leaders.
• Roadmap creation: co-own multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Strategic Marketing & Commercial: enable tech across marketing, pricing, sales and service.
