Job summary

Albemarle is seeking a Digital Business Partner - Human Resources to bridge HR and IT in a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC. You will translate HR strategy into technology roadmaps, shape demand, and partner with executives to drive ROI.

The role emphasizes data, AI, automation, and enterprise platforms, with responsibilities to co-create roadmaps, track value, and ensure measurable outcomes across HR, global communications, and external affairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digitization or related field.
• 8+ years experience in IT Business Partner, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Product roles
• Experience working with executive stakeholders
• Experience in business case development and portfolio prioritization

Responsibilities

• Translate functional strategy into multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Shape demand before intake through value qualification and prioritization.
• Lead business case development and ROI modeling.
• Define measurable success metrics prior to funding approval and track value realization.
• Maintain strong executive relationships and act as liaison between business and IT leadership
