Job summary
Albemarle in Charlotte, NC seeks a Digital Business Partner for Supply Chain to bridge business strategy with IT delivery. You will translate strategic goals into technology roadmaps, drive demand shaping, and co-own value realization across the portfolio.
The role partners with Architecture, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure scalable solutions and measurable ROI, while building strong executive relationships and leading ongoing digital transformations in the supply chain domain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree requirement.
- 8+ years experience in IT Business Partner, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Product roles.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Experience in business case development and portfolio prioritization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments (ERP, data, integration, cloud, AI).
Responsibilities
- Strategically align strategy to multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Shape demand and prioritize by value, risk, and capacity.
- Lead ROI modeling and track post-deployment value realization.
- Maintain executive relationships and act as IT-business liaison.
- Co-create annual and multi-year technology roadmaps with business leaders.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain tech capabilities and performance.
