KWTX is the leading television station in the Waco-Temple-Killeen market, part of Gray Media’s portfolio. We seek a Multimedia Sales Manager to lead a team of Multimedia Executives, oversee development, sale, and execution of client campaigns, and assist with hiring and onboarding of new members.

The role emphasizes leadership, digital advertising expertise, strategic collaboration, and a focus on local direct business growth in a dynamic media environment.

Qualifications

• College degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership and team management in a media sales environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising and local business advertising needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve station and team goals.
• Drive digital revenue growth and meet targets focusing on local direct business.
• Support Director of Sales in ongoing training of the local team.
• Assist Executives with planning, rehearsing, presenting, and closing deals.
• Develop sales collateral with the leadership team.
• Ensure campaign execution, tracking, delivery, optimization, and reporting.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and act as an advertising solutions expert.
• Operate in Wide Orbit, Matrix, Microsoft Office and other systems.
• Support AR processes, pricing, packaging, and inventory management.
• Accurately forecast sales revenue and handle other duties as assigned.
