Job summary

Michels Corporation in Wisconsin seeks a Digital Learning & Development Manager to lead strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our digital learning ecosystem, including LMS, e-learning, and analytics, to drive employee growth and business performance.

You will design engaging, scalable learning experiences, manage vendors, and translate complex concepts into practical development opportunities, leveraging Articulate 360 and Workday LMS where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in Learning & Development.
• Proven experience designing end-to-end digital learning solutions.
• Experience managing an LMS and digital learning ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Demonstrated leadership, priority setting, and accountability.
• Experience managing learning vendors and enterprise-level initiatives.
• Experience developing learning dashboards, analytics, and reporting preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline 360) and Rise required.
• Workday LMS experience and Synthesia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the learning ecosystem.
• Oversee LMS, e-learning development, content strategy, and analytics.
• Design learner-centered digital learning solutions with best practices.
• Manage vendor partnerships and learning technology initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights from analytics to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with SMEs and business leaders to identify learning needs.
• Champion innovation and stay current on trends in instructional design.
