You will oversee the LMS, e-learning development, instructional design, content strategy, and vendor partnerships to deliver measurable value.

The role requires expertise in learning technology, analytics, and leadership to drive employee growth and business performance across enterprise-level initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 10+ years in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, E-Learning, or related areas.
• Proven experience designing and developing end-to-end digital learning solutions.
• Experience managing an LMS and digital learning ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and continuous improvement of Michels' digital learning ecosystem.
• Oversee LMS, e-learning development, instructional design, and digital content strategy.
• Partner with vendors, analyze learning data, and report on learning analytics.
