You will lead the LMS, e-learning, content strategy, analytics, and vendor partnerships to deliver scalable, engaging learning experiences that support business performance.

This role partners with L&D colleagues, business leaders, and external partners to identify learning needs, design learner-centered solutions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years in L&D or related areas.
• Proven experience designing end-to-end digital learning solutions.
• Experience managing an LMS and digital learning ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Leadership experience and vendor management.
• Experience leading enterprise-level learning technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the digital learning ecosystem.
• Oversee LMS, e-learning development, content strategy, and analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and measure impact.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption to support business performance.
