Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Instructional Design, E‑Learning, Learning Technology, or related area.
• Proven experience designing and developing end-to-end digital learning solutions.
• Experience managing an LMS and digital learning ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and talent development practices.
• Demonstrated leadership including setting priorities and driving accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the digital learning ecosystem.
• Design learner-centered digital learning solutions using instructional design best practices.
• Manage LMS, analytics, reporting, and vendor partnerships to deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and scale solutions.
• Stay current on trends in instructional design, learning technology, AI, and talent development.
