Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Digital Learning & Development Manager to lead strategy, design, and delivery of our digital learning ecosystem. You will oversee the LMS, e-learning development, analytics, and vendor partnerships to drive employee growth and business performance.

The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with learning technology, driving scalable, accessible learning experiences across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; 10+ years in Learning & Development or related area
• Proven experience designing and developing end-to-end digital learning solutions
• Experience managing an LMS and learning technology ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Leadership experience with coaching and accountability
• Experience leading enterprise-level learning technology initiatives
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline 360, Rise) is required
• Workday LMS and Synthesia experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of Michels' digital learning ecosystem
• Oversee the LMS, e-learning development, analytics, and reporting
• Manage learning vendors and external partnerships to deliver measurable value
• Design learner-centered digital learning solutions using best practices and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and scale learning initiatives from concept to evaluation
