Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Digital Learning & Development Manager to lead the strategy, design, and deployment of our digital learning ecosystem. You will manage the LMS, develop engaging e-learning, and partner with vendors to deliver scalable solutions that align with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in L&D, strong instructional design, analytics, and leadership, with proficiency in Articulate 360 and Workday LMS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Instructional Design, E-Learning, Learning Technology, or related area
• Proven experience designing and developing end-to-end digital learning solutions
• Experience managing an LMS and digital learning ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and talent development practices
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including setting priorities, coaching others, and driving accountability
• Experience managing learning vendors and external partners
• Experience leading enterprise-level learning technology initiatives
• Experience developing learning dashboards, analytics, and reporting preferred
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline 360 and Rise)
• Workday LMS experience preferred
• Synthesia experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Learning and Development digital learning ecosystem
• Oversee the learning technology landscape, including the LMS, e-learning development, and instructional design
• Manage vendor partnerships, analytics, reporting, and evaluation of emerging technologies
• Design learner-centered digital learning solutions using best practices and adult learning principles
• Lead digital learning initiatives from concept through implementation and evaluation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and scalable solutions
• Champion innovation and stay current on learning technology trends
