Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Instructional Design, E-Learning, Learning Technology, or a related area (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Proven experience designing and developing end-to-end digital learning solutions
• Experience managing an LMS and digital learning ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and talent development practices
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including setting priorities, coaching others, and driving accountability
• Experience managing learning vendors and external partners
• Experience leading enterprise-level learning technology initiatives
• Experience developing learning dashboards, analytics, and reporting preferred
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels
• Excellent project management, analytical, and relationship-building capabilities
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline 360 and Rise is required
• Workday LMS experience preferred
• Synthesia experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Learning and Development digital learning ecosystem
• Oversee the learning technology landscape, including the LMS, e-learning development, and instructional design
• Design learner-centered digital learning solutions using modern learning methodologies and accessibility standards
• Serve as primary point of contact for learning technology and vendor partnerships
• Utilize analytics and reporting to evaluate learning effectiveness and inform future strategies
• Collaborate with L&D, business leaders, SMEs, and external partners to identify needs and scale solutions
• Drive digital learning initiatives from concept through implementation and evaluation
• Champion innovation and stay current on trends in instructional design and learning tech
