Job summary

Michels is seeking a Digital Learning & Development Manager to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of its digital learning ecosystem in a dynamic, safety-focused environment. You will manage the LMS, e-learning development, content strategy, and analytics while partnering with vendors to drive measurable value.

The ideal candidate brings deep L&D expertise, instructional design proficiency, and a track record of enterprise-scale learning technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of Learning & Development experience or equivalent.
• Design and develop end-to-end digital learning solutions.
• Experience managing an LMS and digital learning ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and talent development.
• Demonstrated leadership, prioritization, coaching, and accountability.
• Experience managing learning vendors and external partners.
• Experience leading enterprise-level learning technology initiatives.
• Experience developing learning dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the L&D digital ecosystem.
• Oversee LMS, e-learning development, instructional design, and content strategy.
• Manage vendor partnerships, analytics, and learning technology initiatives.
• Champion innovation and scalable, accessible learning experiences.
• Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and external partners to drive business impact.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and provide actionable insights for future strategy.
