You will oversee the LMS, e-learning development, instructional design, content strategy, and analytics to drive employee growth and business performance.

In this role you will design learner-centered solutions using best practices, accessibility standards, and modern methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field plus 10+ years in Learning & Development
• Proven ability to design and develop end-to-end digital learning solutions
• Experience with LMS, analytics, and vendor partnerships

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of Michels' Learning & Development digital learning ecosystem.
• Oversee the LMS, e-learning development, instructional design, and content strategy; drive analytics and reporting.
• Partner with business leaders, SMEs, and external partners to deliver scalable, learner-centered learning experiences.
