Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of digital marketing, account management, media or sales support experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to turn client goals into smart digital strategies.
• Support opportunities across Core Digital and DMS.
• Help develop proposals, recommendations and client presentations.
• Take ownership of assigned campaigns and projects from launch through completion.
• Monitor performance and recommend ways to optimize results.
• Turn campaign data into clear insights and next steps for clients.
• Identify opportunities for renewals, retention and account growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to keep campaigns on track.
• Stay ahead of issues and bring solutions to the table.
• Develop expertise across our digital products, platforms and sponsorships.
