Nexstar Media Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive in Fayetteville to drive revenue through strategic advertising solutions. You will build relationships with local businesses, identify client needs, and present Broadcast, Digital, Streaming, Social and other media packages to meet goals.

The role emphasizes in-person and digital outreach, with a focus on developing new business and maintaining a robust sales pipeline in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required; media or advertising experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications or related field preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategies to grow revenue and exceed sales goals.
• Prospect for and develop new business opportunities within the local market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct consistent in-person, phone and digital sales outreach.
• Identify client needs and develop customized Broadcast, Digital and integrated solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Educate clients on the value and effectiveness of our media platforms.
• Develop advertising schedules and campaigns with clients and station teams.
• Collaborate with creative and station personnel to develop effective campaigns.
• Manage assigned accounts while actively pursuing new revenue opportunities.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow through on opportunities.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms and new advertising solutions.
